Designquik Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Designquik provides customized digital work and may reserve production capacity, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement, committed costs, and the written agreement for the service.

Last updated August 16, 2026Designquik · Orlando, Florida

A signed proposal, order form, subscription agreement, or statement of work may contain different payment and cancellation terms. When it does, that agreement controls.

01

Before work or scheduling begins

If Designquik receives a written cancellation request before work begins, production time is reserved, resources are purchased, or a non-refundable commitment is made, Designquik will review amounts paid for refund eligibility under the applicable agreement.

Any approved refund may be reduced by payment-processing charges, non-recoverable commitments, completed discovery, administrative work specifically performed for the engagement, or other costs already incurred.

02

After work begins

Payments covering completed work, work in progress, discovery, strategy, concepts, design, development, revisions, reserved production time, or delivered milestones are non-refundable to the extent earned or committed.

If a project ends early, Designquik will account for work performed and commitments made as described in the written agreement. Depending on that agreement, the client may remain responsible for earned fees, approved expenses, and cancellation charges.

03

Deposits and retainers

A deposit or retainer may reserve availability and allow work to begin. Unless the applicable agreement states otherwise, it becomes non-refundable once scheduling, discovery, planning, production, procurement, or another project activity begins.

Calling a payment a deposit does not by itself define the full scope of refund rights; the signed agreement and the actual work or commitments control.

04

Recurring and subscription services

A cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable subscription or service agreement. Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and service may continue through the paid period unless the agreement or service configuration says cancellation is immediate.

Usage-based charges, completed maintenance, advertising management, hosting, support time, and other services already supplied remain payable.

05

Third-party and pass-through costs

Domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, software licenses, stock media, fonts, plugins, APIs, platform charges, transaction fees, app-store costs, printing, subcontractor commitments, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable once purchased or committed unless the provider issues a refund to Designquik.

Any third-party refund received for a client-funded cost will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and after deducting amounts lawfully owed.

06

How to request cancellation or review

Send a written request to hello@designquik.com with the client name, project or service, invoice reference, requested action, and reason. A request is not effective until received by Designquik and does not automatically pause active work or third-party charges.

Designquik will review the written agreement, work completed, reserved time, delivered materials, and committed expenses before responding. Approved refunds, when applicable, are returned through a reasonable available method and may require processing time from financial providers.

07

Payment disputes

Contact Designquik promptly about a billing concern so the records and applicable agreement can be reviewed. Filing a payment dispute does not change ownership provisions, license restrictions, outstanding obligations, or other rights stated in the governing agreement.

Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
