  • Website address, industry, requested services, goals, budget or timeline ranges, and any message or files you provide.
  • Communication preferences and records of correspondence related to an inquiry.

The website and its service providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate region, referring page, landing page, pages viewed, timestamps, form events, errors, and standard server logs.

Attribution information may include UTM parameters, campaign source, service or location context, and the page where an inquiry began or converted. Cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies may support essential functions, preferences, analytics, security, and measurement where configured.

Designquik may use collected information to:

  • Understand marketing attribution and aggregate business performance without placing sensitive inquiry text into analytics tools.

Service providers and disclosures

Designquik may use providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, database storage, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, forms, security, customer relationship management, and similar business operations. Current infrastructure may include Firebase or Google Cloud services and an email-delivery provider such as Resend.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction, or act with your direction. Designquik does not sell personal information for money through this public website.

Data retention and security

Designquik retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, active business discussions, legal and accounting obligations, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by record type and system.

Designquik uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit highly sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
